This suit was before this court on a former occasion, and is reported in 63 Texas, 213. The case was then reversed in favor of the present appellees, because the court.below ruled out the sheriff’s deed under which the appellees claimed, and because certain testimony as to the pay*420ment of taxes by Mrs. Haskins was excluded, and also because the court refused to charge the jury that ten years would bar a suit to cancel a sheriff’s deed.
