Appeal from a judgment in favor of claimant, entered July 12, 1968, upon a decision of the Court of Claims. Claimant is the lessee of premises located at the northeast comer of East Main Street and Medford Avenue in 'Brookhaven, Long Island. The lease was for a term of 15 years commencing June 1, 1960 with two additional terms of five years each, and provided for a monthly rental of $250 per month. The appropriation by the ‘State on March 5, 1964 for highway purposes of claimant’s leasehold consisted of a strip of land 10 feet in depth for a distance of 100 feet along Med-ford…
