OPINION & ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
On May 27, 1999, plaintiff Tultex Corporation (“Tultex”) filed a breach of contract action against defendant Freeze Kids, L.L.C. (“Freeze Kids”) in New York State Supreme Court. Nine months later, on February 25, 2000, plaintiff removed its state court action to this Court. Plaintiff now seeks to transfer its action to the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. For the reasons that follow, plaintiffs motion to transfer venue is denied.
