At tbe primary election held in Dunmore Borough, Lackawanna County, on September 9, 1941, Patrick F. McIntyre (the appellant) and James Garvey (tbe appellee) were candidates for tbe Democratic nomination for School Director. McIntyre received 2156 votes and Garvey received 1971 votes. In tbe Second District of tbe Second Ward of tbe Borough McIntyre received, according to tbe voting machine used, 343 votes and Gar vey 82 votes.
