Stephen P. Winegar appeals the motion court’s denial after an evidentiary hearing of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. He alleges that his guilty plea was not entered knowingly, voluntarily, or intelligently because he was misled by counsel into believing that, in exchange for his plea of guilty, he would be sentenced to probation and allowed to serve that probation in California.
