OPINION AND ORDER

JOINER, District Judge.

This is a plenary action initiated under section 60 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 96. Plaintiff, trustee in bankruptcy of the Frimberger Corporation (Frimberger), seeks recovery against Ford Motor Company (Ford), a debtor of the bankrupt, and sixteen creditors of the bankrupt for receipt of alleged preferential transfers of property made by the bankrupt within four months of bankruptcy.
