Appeal from an order denying petitioner’s application for an order directing the board of elections of the city of New York to print Ms name upon the official ballot to be used at the general election to be held on November 7,1939. The petition for an independent nomination when authenticated by a witness shall be authenticated as provided by section 135 of the Election Law. (Election *739Law, § 137.)
