Appellant, Adalberto Gallo-Roman, appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Weinstein, Chief Judge, entered July 2, 1986, convicting him, after a jury trial, of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and of attempted possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 846.
