OPINION

COOPER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order entered in the Circuit Court of Davidson County dismissing a petition filed by Perry Chapde-laine in an effort to have the court discipline Henry W. Haile, II, an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Mr. Chapdelaine filed a Petition for Disbarment or Disciplinary Action levelling numerous charges of professional misconduct against Henry W. Haile, an attorney, and asked the court:
