Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning Company, Inc., plaintiff-appellant, brought an action against The United States National Bank of Omaha, defendantappellee, seeking to recover funds the bank credited to the account of one Gerald M. Giddings, who forged Bryant’s endorsements on checks drawn payable to Bryant’s order. The trial court granted the bank’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed *109Bryant’s petition. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
