Sharon Turner was convicted of sale of cocaine and attempted sale of cocaine and appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence.

The evidence showed that undercover narcotics investigators, Walker and Ponder, began an investigation after receiving information that an individual, later identified as Phyllis White, was selling cocaine. White is Sharon Turner’s sister. Investigator Walker contacted White and told her he wanted to buy a quantity of cocaine.
