This is an appeal from an order óf the District Court for the District of New Jersey affirming with modifications an order of the referee. The trustee in bankruptcy of William Fox obtained an order from the referee directing that All Continent deliver its books for examination. This order was affirmed with modifications by the District Court. All Continent and Eva-Fox, the wife of the bankrupt, who claims to be the sole stockholder of All Continent, objected upon the ground that the referee had no authority to make such a summary order.
