The defendants, Robert Somerville, Gail Somerville, and Paul Langusch, were convicted in a joint jury trial of committing an armed robbery at a Zayre’s Department Store in Oak Lawn, and were sentenced to terms of not less than ten years nor more than twenty years in the penitentiary.
