INTRODUCTION
Westerman Ball Ederer Miller & Sharf-stein, LLP (‘Westerman Ball”), counsel for defendants A.H.M.R.A. Ltd. and certain individual representatives of A.H.R.M.A. Ltd. (collectively, “AHRMA”) in this antitrust action, has moved by order to show cause dated October 11, 2006, to withdraw from its representation of AHRMA in this matter.
