ORDER

Ben Lazer, a real-estate appraiser being sued for performing his job negligently, appeals from an order denying his motion to file a third-party claim for contribution against the plaintiffs’ real-estate broker, see Fed.R.Civ.P. 14(a)(1). Because we lack jurisdiction to review the district court’s *552ruling on Lazer’s motion while the underlying claim is pending, we dismiss the appeal.
