These cases came before the Court upon appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Case No. 86-173-Civ-J-14 presents an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s Memorandum Order Granting Defendant’s Motion For Summary Final Judgment, entered February 11, 1986, in Adversary No. 85-178. That order is reported at 58 B.R. 54. Case No. 86-812-Civ-J-14 presents an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s Order entered June 4, 1986, denying the debtor’s motion to avoid a judicial lien.
