This is an appeal from a judgment foreclosing mechanics’ liens and entering personal judgments against individuals. The basic facts are not in dispute.

On February 18, 1970, the Satanta Feed Yards, Inc., acting through its president, Harold Daniels, entered into a contract with Harper Steel Construction Company for the construction of tanks and hoppers for feeding cattle on its premises.
