Appeal from an *1471order of the Ontario County Court (William F. Kocher, J.), entered August 13, 2014. The order affirmed an order of the Canandaigua City Court, which denied defendant’s petition for a downward modification of his 2006 Sex Offender Registration Act classification.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
