The above matter comes on for consideration upon the Motion to Dismiss Bankruptcy filed by CBM Mortgage and Financial Services, LLC (CBM) (the "Motion") [Doc. 6] and the Debtor's Response and Objection to Creditors Motion to Dismiss Bankruptcy (the "Response") [Doc. 10].
