TALIAFERRO, Judge.

Plaintiff brings this suit against the St, Paul-Mercury Indemnity Company of St. Paul to recover $3,488.83, the amount of alleged embezzlements by William C. Roberts, plaintiff’s secretary-treasurer, whose fidelity was insured under the terms of a bond between the parties. In addition to said prinr cipal sum, statutory penalties and attorney’s fees for $1,000 are sued for. By an amended petition, the principal demand is increas ed by $55.37, the total of other alleged em-bezzlements by Roberts.
