DeBRULER, Justice.

This is a direct appeal from convictions of attempted murder, a class A felony, Ind.Code §§ 35-42-1-1 and 85-41-5-1; burglary, a class A felony, Ind.Code § 35-48-2-1, and burglary, a class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-48-2-1. Appellant filed a notice of defense of insanity. The case was tried by a jury. Appellant was sentenced to two concurrent thirty year terms on the two class A felonies and a ten year consecutive term on the class B felony.
