Reversing.
Appellee, Ida D'eddens, before her marriage was Ida Shuckmami. While she was a single woman and on March 31, 1920, she executed to the Reciprocating Electric Tool Company, incorporated, predecessor of appellant Electric Hammer Corporation, a note for $100.00, due four (4) months after date with six per cent (6%) interest, in part payment on the purchase of 200 shares of capital stock of the Reciprocating Electric Tool Company.
