*16This is an appeal from a final decree of the Chancery Court of Wilkinson County sustaining a demurrer to an amended hill of complaint and dismissing the same upon the complainants having declined to plead further. The suit involves the construction of the will of Mrs. Celete F. Sims executed on March 30, 1899, at a time when what was commonly'known as the “Two Donee Statute” of this State, Section 2436, Code of 1892, was in full force and effect, the same not having been omitted from the Code until 1930.
