¶ 1. The Circuit Court of DeSoto County granted the motion of Cordova Floors, Inc. to enforce settlement agreement. Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Ammons appeal to this Court arguing, inter alia, that the trial court erred in resolving the disputed issue of fact as to whether a "meeting of the minds" occurred between the parties in entering into the settlement agreement. The result of this case depends substantially on the standard of review afforded the circuit judge's determination that a meeting of the minds occurred between the parties.
