State v. Adams

I respectfully dissent. Based on the reasoning in my dissent in Ex parte Marshall, 25 So.3d 1190, 1197 (Ala.2009) (Lyons, J., dissenting), I would affirm the order of the Court of Criminal Appeals dismissing the State’s appeal in this case.
