STONE, Circuit Judge.

The Dearborn Electric Light & Power Company and the Dearborn Iron & Power Company were two corporations, under the laws of Missouri, engaged in business at the town of Dearborn, Mo. The Iron Company went into bankruptcy and the trustee (appellee) undertook to sell a portion of the assets of the estate. Among such assets sought to be sold was property decribed as “old light plant equipment.” Deeming the above-quoted description to cover property claimed in ownership by it, the Light Company (appellant) filed this intervention in the bankruptcy proceeding, asserting its…
