—In a negligence action, the defendant Port Authority of New York and New Jersey appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kramer, J.), dated June 15, 1993, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it and granted the plaintiff’s cross motion for leave to serve a late summons and complaint.
