OPINION

EMBERTON, Chief Judge.

This case involves an interpretation of KRS 1 396.055, pertaining to the allowance and disallowance of claims by the personal representative of an estate. The Fayette District Court held that the personal representatives could not disallow a claim after having allowed sixteen months to pass and having taken no action as to allowance or disallowance of the claim.
