Plaintiffs brought this declaratory judgment and breach of contract action against Defendant American Family Mutual Insurance Company. This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for partial summary judgment on Plaintiffs’ claim for declaratory judgment: Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (doc. 33) and Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (doc. 46).
