ORDER

Joseph Monegain was convicted in Indiana state court of two counts of criminal confinement and one count of battery. He appealed, but the state court affirmed his' conviction. Monegain then filed a petition in state court for post-conviction relief, arguing, among other things, ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. Monegain also filed a petition for habeas corpus relief in federal court.
