John Brent Peebles and certain other residents of the Town of Mooresville sued the Town of Mooresville, the Mooresville Town Council, and the individual members of the Town Council and the mayor (the individual members and the mayor are hereinafter referred to as "the Town officers") (all the defendants are collectively referred to as "the Town defendants") alleging that a zoning ordinance enacted by the Town officers was invalid. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of the Town defendants, 1 and Peebles and the other opposing residents appeal. We affirm.
