delivered the opinion of the court.

On March 4, 1901, Josephine Brown, as guardian of her minor children, filed her report in the County Court of Mason county, and tendered her resignation as such guardian. Objections were filed to the report, and a hearing had thereon September 18, 1902. The matter was taken under advisement by the court, and it was stipulated that the final order in the premises should be filed as of the date of the hearing.
