for the Court.

¶ 1. Dennis Dobbs submitted various filings to the Marshall County Circuit Court, which treated these filings as a motion for post-conviction relief. The circuit court denied relief, and Dobbs appealed, asserting his motions were not post-conviction motions but rather civil complaints under Title 42 of the United States Code Section 1983 (2006).
