Eugene McAllister III (“McAllister”) appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury’s verdict convicting him of two counts of assault of a law enforcement officer and armed criminal action (“ACA”), and one count of unlawful use of a weapon. On appeal he asserts there was insufficient evidence to support the convictions of one count of assault of a law enforcement officer and one count of armed criminal action. We affirm.
