ORDER AND OPINION CONFIRMING TERMINATION OF THE AUTOMATIC STAY

This matter came before the Court for hearing on February 8, 2006 upon the Motion by CitiFinaneial Auto Ltd. (“CitiFi-nancial”) to Confirm Termination or Ab sence of the Automatic Stay.
