This is an appeal by defendant, Philip Eotheimer, from a contempt order in a divorce action. He was found guilty of wilful contempt and committed to the county jail for 30 days.

Plaintiff, Euth Eotheimer, and defendant were married on October 3, 1951, in Austria. Three girls were born of the marriage. At the time of the contempt order, they were 7 years, 5 years and 6 months of age. On June 8, 1959, plaintiff filed her complaint for divorce, alleging cruelty.
