This matter is before the court for review of the bankruptcy court's May 4, 1988 report and recommendation that the case be remanded to the Siskiyou County Superior Court where it was originally filed. Plaintiff’s complaint alleges strict product liability, breach of warranty, and negligence claims arising out of the crash of a helicopter manufactured by defendants Fairchild-Hiller, Inc. and Hiller Aviation, Inc.
