hln this workers’ compensation case, the claimant filed a disputed claim for compensation, seeking authorization of a. nerve block for diagnostic purposes, attorney fees, and penalties. After a hearing on the matter, the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) authorized the nerve block, but found the claimant’s complaints were not related to the workplace accident and denied all requests for penalties and attorney fees.
