GRUBB, District Judge.

This action was commenced by the trustee in bankruptcy of Peter Arvo Mackie, bankrupt, to recover from the defendant, Whitewater Oil Company, Inc., $2,336.48, which is the alleged value of certain goods, merchandise and equipment transferred by the bankrupt to the defendant on or about November 6, 1961. Mackie was adjudicated bankrupt in the Eastern District of Wisconsin on a voluntary petition filed December 8, 1961.
