This is a divorce suit filed by appellant. It will be necessary to consider only one question presented. The cause was submitted to the jury on special issues; the questions and answers thereto being as follows:(1) “Was the defendant, W. P. Grisham, guilty of cruel treatment towards plaintiff, Myrtle Grisham, of such a nature as to render their further living together as husband and wife insupportable? Answer yes or no.
