LOTTINGER, Judge.

Petitioner filed suit in workmen’s compensation for total and permanent disability for injuries sustained during the month of February 1955, while working for H. B. Bruser, a distributor for Gulf Refining Company. Mr. Bruser’s compensation insurer, Royal Indemnity Company is joined as a party defendant. This suit was consolidated for trial with another suit filed by petitioner against Iowa Mutual Insurance Company, for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of an accident while working for Sands Products Company during April of 1956.
