MURRAY, Senior Judge:

Tried to a special court-martial by judge alone, the appellant was convicted, in accordance with his pleas, of willful disobedience of a lawful order; of dereliction of duty; of wrongful possession of marijuana; of wrongful transfer of marijuana, and of larceny, in violation of Articles 91, 92, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 891, 892, 921. On an Additional Charge, the appellant was also convicted, contrary to his pleas, of wrongful possession and transfer of marijuana, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ.
