THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case commenced by a voluntary petition filed by Trinity Baptist Church of Bradenton, Florida, Inc. (the Debtor). The matters under consideration are two complaints filed by Chris Larimore, the Trustee of the estate who seeks to avoid certain transfers claimed to be fraudulent pursuant to § 544(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
