Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lang, Jr., J.), entered July 2, 1999 in Albany County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiff.

In this dispute, plaintiff, a former director and shareholder of defendant Hulletts Island View Marina & Yacht Club, Inc.
