Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Helen Freedman, J.), entered on or about April 13, 2001, which granted petitioner’s application pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 81 to be appointed *232guardian of the person and property of her daughter, an incapacitated person, only to the extent of appointing petitioner Special Limited Guardian of the Person of the incapacitated person, and instead appointed respondent, a stranger, as guardian of the incapacitated person’s person and property, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
