Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Essex County (Meyer, J.), rendered September 16, 2010, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree.

Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of one count of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree for repeatedly subjecting a child to sexual conduct between July I, 2007 and October 31, 2008, when she was ages 10 and 11 and he was in his 50s.
