*1120Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of grand larceny in the second degree (Penal Law § 155.40 [1]), two counts of grand larceny in the third degree (former § 155.35), and three counts of falsifying business records in the first degree (§ 175.10).
