Before the court is the motion of Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC) for relief from the automatic stay imposed by § 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (Code). FMCC seeks modification of the stay in order to enforce its alleged rights under a security agreement covering a Ford automobile registered in the name of R & S Machine Company, the debtor in possession (debtor).
