KRUEGER, Judge. —
The appellant was tried and convicted of the offense of burglary, and his punishment assessed at confinement in the State penitentiary for a term of two years.
The testimony adduced upon the trial is in substance as follows: On the 19th day of June, 1933, the home of Henry Hawthorne was entered during his absence and some lard, syrup, meal, shot gun shells, and various other articles taken therefrom.
