Introduction

This matter comes before the Court as a result of cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, Billie J. Yelland (plaintiff or insured), and the defendant, Illinois National Insurance Company and/or AIG Specialty (defendant or insurer). The parties in this case seek declaratory relief regarding the interpretation of G.L. 1956 § 27-7-2.1 (Uninsured motorist coverage).
